Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will develop personalized nutrition plans, provide expert counseling, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Your expertise in medical nutrition therapy will help improve the quality of life for our diverse patient population. Duties Providing individualized nutrition counseling for weight management and metabolic diseases. Developing personalized meal plans and behavior change strategies. Educating patients on healthy eating, physical activity, and sustainable lifestyle modifications. Monitoring progress through weight, laboratory values, and body composition when available. Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology related to digestion and metabolism Skilled in health coaching techniques like motivational interviewing to motivate behavioral change Excellent client communication skills to effectively educate and support patients with specific dietary needs Experience working with electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) for documentation and care coordination Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and nutritional analysis efficiently Join us to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through expert nutritional guidance!
