Monday - Friday, 8 hours days. No weekends or holidays. 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period. Job Description Seeking a full-time Clinical Dietitian to provide direct clinical nutrition care and support interdisciplinary patient care initiatives. This position is ideal for a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about patient-centered care, clinical education, and collaboration within a healthcare setting. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays, a supportive healthcare environment, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Position Overview Permanent, full-time opportunity Clinical nutrition and patient care setting Collaborative interdisciplinary healthcare environment Patient-focused role supporting nutritional care planning and education Opportunity to mentor dietetic interns and students Shift Details Monday through Friday schedule 8-hour day shifts No weekends or holidays 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period Compensation & Incentives $5,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates Comprehensive benefits package Stable weekday schedule Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Key Responsibilities Provide direct clinical nutrition care to patients according to established guidelines Assess nutritional needs and recommend therapeutic diets as appropriate Maintain and document patient nutrition information in accordance with departmental standards Review and coordinate patient nutritional care plans and protocol implementation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams regarding patient care needs Serve as an educational resource for Nutrition Services staff, nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals Support development and expansion of clinical nutrition programs and services Serve as a clinical preceptor for dietetic interns and students Participate in healthcare team meetings and performance improvement initiatives Maintain departmental records, reports, and files as required Adhere to HACCP and ISDH sanitation standards Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and safety regulations Procedures & Modalities Clinical nutrition assessments Therapeutic diet planning Nutrition counseling and education Interdisciplinary care coordination Clinical documentation and chart review Performance improvement participation Equipment Utilized Electronic medical records/documentation systems Standard clinical nutrition assessment tools Departmental reporting and tracking systems Requirements Registered Dietitian credential required Certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration required Certified Dietitian status in the State of Indiana required Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Ability to provide education and mentorship within clinical settings Education One of the following is required: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field Completion of accredited dietetic internship program Certifications & Licensure Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required Commission on Dietetic Registration certification required Indiana Dietitian certification required Additional Details Bonus eligibility limited to external candidates and newly registered internal dietitians 24-month employment commitment required for sign-on bonus eligibility Nationally recognized healthcare organization Opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive clinical team Dress Code Professional clinical attire (department guidelines apply) Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for a Clinical Dietitian seeking a stable weekday schedule, collaborative healthcare environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient-centered nutrition care and clinical education.
