At Westminster Nursing and Rehab, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents and patients. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients are met, promoting healthy eating habits, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough nutritional assessments of patients and develop personalized diet plans Plan and implement diet menus that meet patient needs and preferences Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patients' progress and adjust diet plans as needed Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper nutrition and meal planning Conduct nutritional counseling and provide recommendations for improving overall health Participate in quality assurance andquality improvement initiatives Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field Completion of a dietetic internship program Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Dietitian (CD) credential Minimum of 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting
