Job Description

Temp Hospital Dietitian Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Dietitian experience . Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) . Travel experience is highly preferred . Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the assignment location.
Required submission documents:
Current work history. Skills checklist (completed within the past year). Two supervisory references from the past two years.
Job Summary:
Provide medical nutrition therapy and counsel patients and families on individualized nutrition plans. Assess nutritional needs and develop, implement, and adjust nutrition care plans. Monitor calorie and protein intake, recommend nutritional support, and manage tube feeding orders in accordance with accepted guidelines. Evaluate and recommend nutritional supplements based on patient needs. Document nutrition assessments, interventions, education, and follow-up using the Nutrition Care Process and International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology (IDNT).
Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
