The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutrition care plans to seniors living in multiple locations. The Dietitian will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that the nutritional needs of our senior residents are met. Why Join New Horizon Foods? Responsibilities Develop and implement nutrition care plans for senior residents in multiple locations Assess the nutritional needs of residents and provide appropriate recommendations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care Educate residents and their families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident nutrition assessments and care plans Requirements Proven experience as a Dietitian Experience working with seniors in a senior living environment Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating habits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
