Registered Dietitian

  • Kitchen Management Specialist in Winona, Minnesota! As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to bring your expertise in nutrition and food management to a dynamic and innovative environment. About the Role As a Registered Dietitian
  • Kitchen Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations in our contract dining kitchens.
Your expertise in nutrition and food management will enable you to develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that our kitchen operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our clients Conduct nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans for clients Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and supply chain logistics Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation Monitor and maintain food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen Develop and implement strategies to reduce food waste and improve sustainability in our kitchen operations Work closely with our sales and marketing team to develop proposals and presentations for new business opportunities Requirements Master's degree in Nutrition or related field Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification 2+ years of experience in kitchen management or a related field Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development Competitive salary and benefits package (TBD) Opportunities to work with a talented and dedicated team of culinary professionals Flexible scheduling and work-life balance If you are a motivated and passionate Registered Dietitian with a strong background in kitchen management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
