Supervise dietetic staff and oversee dietary department operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently for documentation, diagnostic evaluation, and progress tracking. Stay current with advancements in dietetics, physiology, and clinical research to inform practice and improve service quality. Skills Extensive knowledge of physiology, nutrition science, and dietetics principles applicable to diverse populations. Proven experience supervising dietetic teams and managing dietary services within healthcare facilities. Strong expertise in patient assessment techniques, care plan development, and diagnostic evaluation processes. Proficiency in managing tube feeding protocols and specialized nutrition support methods. Experience with weight loss programs, dietary interventions for geriatrics, and long-term care nutrition management. Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate documentation and communication across multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
