As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a lead clinical role in guiding patients through personalized nutrition strategies that support weight loss, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. - Registered Dietitian Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and patient evaluations Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans Provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for obesity and related conditions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including: Medical Providers (NP/MD) Exercise Specialists Behavioral Health Clinicians Educate patients on: Weight management strategies Nutritional science fundamentals Long-term lifestyle changes Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Epic Support patient engagement and adherence through motivational counseling techniques What Makes This Role Unique Be a clinical leader within an integrated care model Work in a preventative and lifestyle-focused setting rather than an acute care setting Build long-term relationships with patients Help combat obesity using evidence-based, whole-person care Qualifications•Registered Dietitian (RD)
