Clinical Dietician jobs in Lebanon, New Hampshire let you assess patient nutritional status, counsel patients and families, and develop nutrition care plans. You identify inpatients at nutritional risk, participate in physician rounds and discharge planning, and help create departmental policies and educational materials. You also conduct education programs for patients, community groups, and staff.
