Job Description

Excel care at the Pines is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietician to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with residents, nursing staff, and healthcare providers to develop and oversee personalized nutrition plans that support resident health, wellness, and quality of life. The ideal candidate is passionate about geriatric care, understands dietary regulations within long-term care, and is committed to providing excellent nutritional support to our residents. Registered Dietician Responsibilities:
Coordinate nutritional care of residents and patients by completing nutritional assessments Participate in care planning meetings as required Provide nutritional counseling and education for residents and family Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards Perform duties independently without training or direction Registered Dietician Qualifications Must possess Registered Dietician licensure within the state of NJ High comfort level with enteral nutrition At least one year of experience in a long-term care setting Experience with MDS 3.0 Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations Must be able to work on site #Sponsor123
