Pay Range:
$30.00 - $37.00, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
The RD is considered an expert source of reliable nutrition info. for inpatients, outpatients, physicians and other staff. The primary role of the RD is to conduct patient nutritional screenings for purpose of identifying nutrition concerns. These concerns may be related to malnutrition, tube feeding, TPN, special diets and physical ailments related to disease. During patients interviews the RD performs an assessment of diet and education needs and then gives a recommendation to the physician for needed care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in accredited nutrition & dietetics or related field Completion of Dietetic Internship or ASCEND approved Graduate Program Registry Eligible Dietician required. Must pass RD exam within 6 months of hire date. Registered Dietitian preferred. Minimum 1 year experience working in a healthcare setting as a Dietitian or Diet Technician preferred. CD-N optional
Pay Range:
$30.00 - $37.00
