Pay Range:
$30.00 - $37.00, based on experience

Role:
In this vital position, you'll work collaboratively with a team of Clinical Dietitians to develop and implement individualized nutritional care plans. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, providing ongoing assessments, education, and support to residents and their families. We value evidence-based practice and clear communication to ensure the best outcomes for those in our care.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized nutritional care plans for long-term care residents. Conduct ongoing nutritional assessments, monitoring, and education for residents and families. Document all aspects of nutrition care accurately and timely. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and food service staff. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in accredited nutrition & dietetics or related field Completion of Dietetic Internship or ASCEND approved Graduate Program Registry Eligible Dietician required. Must pass RD exam within 6 months of hire date. Registered Dietitian preferred. Minimum 1 year experience working in a healthcare setting as a Dietitian or Diet Technician preferred.
Pay Range:
$30.00 - $37.00
