CERTIFIED REGISTERED DIETITIAN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition counseling and guidance to patients, developing personalized meal plans, and monitoring their progress. Your expertise in aliment, health coaching, diagnostic evaluation, physiology knowledge, patient assessment, and tube feeding will be essential in helping our patients achieve their health goals.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized meal plans
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications
• Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
• Provide guidance on tube feeding and other specialized nutritional interventions as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification alongside CDN
• Strong knowledge of aliment, health coaching, diagnostic evaluation, physiology, patient assessment, and tube feeding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
