Job Description

Assignment for 13-16 weeks. Registered Dietician needed for The Alice Center Long Term Care. 8H Days, 40H per week. May work 6-230 or 7-330. Will need to float to Alice Hyde Medical Center for vacation coverage. Must be registered, Masters Degree is preffered. Primary function is to provide clinical nutrition services to residents of the nursing home and assisted living program; and patients in the hospital, cardiac rehab, cancer center, outpatients, and any/all other areas of the medical center as needed. Under the supervision of the AVP of Support and Professional Services, the Clinical Dietitian is responsible for the day-to-day nutritional care of our residents and patients and providing clinical support to our foodservice employees. The clinical dietitian will be expected to maintain knowledge and compliance with The Joint Commission, New York State Department of Health, CMS, and all other regulatory agencies as applicable.
