Day Shift | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Registered Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition assessment, education, and care planning in a clinical setting. This role involves evaluating patients' nutritional needs, monitoring food and drug interactions, and collaborating with physicians to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities Monitor patients for food and drug interactions and provide appropriate education Document nutrition education and patient understanding in the medical record Screen and assess patients to determine nutritional needs and provide timely follow-up care Conduct patient and family interviews to obtain dietary history and preferences Interpret laboratory values and clinical data relevant to nutrition care Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans Modify patient menus based on clinical needs and physician recommendations Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams regarding diet modifications Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dietitian Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or related field from an accredited institution Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience Master's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition AHA BLS Certification Certifications & Licensure Registered Dietitian (RD) -

Required For Acute Care Settings:

Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) (Primary Source Verification required) For Post-Acute (Long-Term Care)

Settings:
