About Us We are a collaborative eating disorder treatment center dedicated to helping clients heal their relationship with food, body, and self. Every day, we support individuals navigating: Anorexia nervosa Bulimia nervosa Binge eating disorder ARFID Chronic dieting and disordered eating Body image distress and food anxiety And we do it with warmth, respect, humor, and humanity. The Role As our Therapeutic Dietitian , you'll play a vital role in guiding clients through nutritional rehabilitation and recovery while helping them rebuild trust in their bodies and food choices. This role blends clinical skill with therapeutic presence. You'll collaborate closely with therapists, medical providers, and support staff to create individualized, compassionate care plans that meet clients where they are. What You'll Do Provide individualized nutrition counseling and meal support Develop treatment plans tailored to eating disorder recovery Lead psychoeducational groups and nutrition sessions Support clients through food fears, meal challenges, and recovery milestones Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team Educate families and caregivers when appropriate Document care in accordance with clinical and ethical standards What We're Looking For Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required Experience in eating disorder treatment, mental health, or therapeutic nutrition counseling preferred Understanding of HAES®, intuitive eating, and trauma-informed care Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to create a calm, supportive, nonjudgmental environment Passion for helping clients heal their relationship with food and body Why You'll Love Working Here Because caring for clinicians matters, too.
