We are currently at capacity and need an additional Registered Dietitian to support our existing patient demand.

WHAT WE OFFER
$38-$44/hour, W-2 Guaranteed minimum 10 paid hours/week, with growth to 20+ as caseload expands Immediate patient volume — strong referral base already in place We handle all credentialing with major insurers (Medicare, BCBS, Highmark, Aetna, Cigna, UHC) Scheduling and administrative support so that you can focus on your patients EMR system for charting and communication ICHRA health benefit option Professional development support Collaborative team environment with clinical support available
THE ROLE
Outpatient medical nutrition therapy and 1:1 counseling Focus on weight management, diabetes, and chronic disease care Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans Incorporate behavior change strategies into patient counseling Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Coordinate with referring providers as appropriate Primarily in-person, with some telehealth flexibility
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
Active RD/RDN credential (CDR) Active Pennsylvania LDN license Strong counseling, communication, and documentation skills Comfort with EMR systems Ability to work primarily in-person
Preferred:
2+ years outpatient nutrition counseling / MNT experience Experience with diabetes and weight management Experience with behavior change coaching Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
