Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Claxton Dietetic Solutions - 4.5 Erie, PA Job Details Part-time $33 - $37 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Dietetics Registered Dietitian Full Job Description Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This is a part-time opportunity for approximately 8 hours/week. Candidates in the Erie, PA and surrounding Northwest Pennsylvania/Northeast Ohio region are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation Complete MDS assessments and care plans Monitor weights and nutrition risk Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits Onsite visits completed during weekdays Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required Active state licensure or certification, as applicable Strong organizational and time-management skills Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required Pre-Employment Requirements Criminal background check TB screening Drug screening Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience, licensure, role scope, and location Continuing education opportunities Employee discounts
