Registered Dietitian

Position Overview This role is ideal for a dietitian who enjoys meaningful client connections and values a balanced, non-restrictive approach to nutrition. You will work one-on-one with clients to support their health goals through personalized, sustainable strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans Provide client-centered, evidence-based nutrition counseling Support clients in areas such as weight management, chronic disease prevention, and overall wellness Foster a positive, non-judgmental environment that supports long-term behavior change Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care and progress Collaborate with the Inspire Nutrition team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care Qualifications Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential (required) State licensure Strong communication and counseling skills Passion for helping clients build sustainable habits and a healthy relationship with food Experience in outpatient counseling or private practice is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Starting at $50 per client-facing hour , with opportunity for growth based on experience Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), one evening per week Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunities for mentorship and professional development Autonomy to build and grow your client caseload
