Registered Dietitian Location:
Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab, Reading, PA Position Type:
Part Time(16 hour per week)- This position is
NOT REMOTE
Salary Range - DOE Position Overview Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to provide exceptional medical nutrition therapy for our residents. In this role, you will assess dietary needs, develop individualized nutrition plans, educate residents and families, and collaborate with the dietary team to enhance residents' quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' nutritional needs. Develop and maintain individualized dietary care plans. Collaborate with residents and families to review and refine nutrition plans. Provide guidance to dietary personnel on implementing care plans effectively. Identify special equipment and utensils needed for residents with unique dietary needs. Analyze patient charts and provide recommendations for medical nutrition therapy.
Qualifications Licensure:
Licensed Registered Dietitian in Pennsylvania.
Experience:
Two years of experience as a professional dietitian in a long-term care setting with administrative responsibilities, OR One year as a consulting dietitian for long-term care facilities. Benefits We offer a comprehensive and affordable benefits package , including:
