Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Duties Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and clients, considering medical history, lifestyle, and dietary habits. Develop tailored nutrition care plans aligned with individual health goals and medical conditions. Provide education on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle modifications through one-on-one counseling or group sessions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate nutritional strategies into overall treatment plans. Monitor progress and adjust nutrition interventions as needed to ensure optimal results. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Stay current with the latest research and guidelines in dietetics to ensure evidence-based practice. Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Proven experience in clinical nutrition, community health, or outpatient settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for various conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and more. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
