Credentials Required :

Resume State License•Registered Dietitian Covid Proof CPR/BLS TB (2-step, Tspot or Qauntiferon•within 1 year of start date) MMR Varicella Tdap (within 10 years of start date) HepB or Declination Flu or Declination (vaccine proof must be current year) Annual Physical (within 1 year of start date) Driver's License See attached Job Description.
