Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Clinical Dietitian to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing personalized nutrition plans, and providing ongoing support to promote health and recovery. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based dietary interventions and enjoys working collaboratively with medical staff and patients alike. Duties Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients based on medical history, lab results, and dietary habits. Develop tailored nutrition care plans that align with individual health conditions and treatment goals. Educate patients and their families about proper nutrition, dietary modifications, and healthy eating habits. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional strategies into overall patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses in medical records. Stay current with the latest research and guidelines in clinical nutrition to provide the best possible care. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential or equivalent certification is required. Prior experience working in clinical or hospital settings is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of medical terminology, nutrition science, and dietary guidelines. Ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate approach with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently. Pay:
$61,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
