Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, RD - Part Time Consultant

Then NHC is for you! NHC Greenwood is excited to welcome a Part‑Time Registered Dietitian to our team for 2-4 days each month. NHC is recognized nationwide as an innovator in the delivery of quality extended care services. We are searching for a self-motivated dietitian who enjoys working with geriatrics and other healthcare patients.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluation of nutritionally high-risk patients (weight loss, pressure injuries, enteral feeding, dialysis). Complete nutrition assessments, care planning, and EHR documentation as needed. Provide guidance to CDM regarding nutritional care of patients and kitchen sanitation. Collaborate with nursing, physicians, therapy team, and CDM regarding patient overall care.

Qualifications:

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential - or RD Eligible considered. Active South Carolina Dietitian License. Excellent communication and time management skills. Long-term care experience preferred, but will train qualified candidate.
