Job Description
Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This part-time position offers approximately 16 hours per week, with additional PRN opportunities available Key Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation Complete MDS assessments and care plans Monitor weights and nutrition risk Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits Onsite visits completed during weekdays Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required Active state licensure or certification, as applicable Strong organizational and time-management skills Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required Pre-Employment Requirements Criminal background check TB screening Drug screening Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience, licensure, role scope, and location Continuing education opportunities
