This is a full-time opportunity for approximately 36 hours/week. (PT opportunities available) Key Responsibilities Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation Complete MDS assessments and care plans Monitor weights and nutrition risk Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits Onsite visits completed during weekdays Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required Active state licensure or certification, as applicable Strong organizational and time-management skills Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required Pre-Employment Requirements Criminal background check TB screening Drug screening Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience, licensure, role scope, and location Continuing education opportunities Employee discounts Medical/health insurance options, access to 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, paid holidays
