Join Our Team as a Regional Registered Dietitian Support Nutrition, Wellness, and Quality Dining for Our Residents in East Texas We're seeking a Regional Registered Dietitian to join our growing team in East Texas! This role is key in ensuring high-quality nutrition care and meal satisfaction across our long-term care communities. Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency with attendance are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Your Impact as a Regional Registered Dietitian In this role, you will: Conduct monthly visits to assigned facilities around Tyler, Jacksonville, Athens, and Palestine, TX. Complete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents in skilled nursing facilities Collaborate closely with Certified Dietary Managers to ensure compliance with foodservice systems and quality standards Oversee resident meal acceptance and satisfaction while ensuring dietary needs are met Monitor and support the quality, sanitation, and accuracy of food production and service Promote delicious, nutritious, and visually appealing meals for residents Support education and guidance for facility food service teams to maintain regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who: Is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in the state of Texas Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and educate foodservice staff Has experience or interest in geriatric nutrition and long-term care Is self-motivated and can manage their own travel schedule Can multi-task effectively while supporting multiple sites Is passionate about enhancing the resident experience through exceptional nutrition Benefits (Full-Time)
