Oversee staffing and training initiatives to foster a supportive and skilled nursing workforce. Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Qualifications Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing Minimum of three years of nursing experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred (EOE)
