Job Description

The Springs of Minecreek is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) (RN) to join our exceptional team! While we prefer an experienced DON, we are open to training an RN with nursing home experience. This is an exciting opportunity to build a fulfilling career in a well-respected facility that specializes in both long-term and rehabilitative care.

Responsibilities:
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the Nursing Services Department, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. Reporting to the Administrator and Medical Director, you will ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will also have the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to fulfill the duties of the position.
