Job Description
Oversees all healthcare provided to residents and develops a plan of care with a collaborative team. Manages medications oversight, communication with health care providers, and health care needs for each resident. Provides nursing care for assigned memory care assisted living residents according to established standards and practices relating to basic nursing, medication administration, restorative and personal care services where quality assurance, resident safety and infection control are inherent responsibilities of the job.
