Your expertise will help coordinate clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice. Duties Lead and supervise nursing staff providing home health services, ensuring quality care delivery aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements. Develop, review, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, focusing on patient needs and preferences. Oversee documentation review, medical records management, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Manage staffing schedules, shift assignments, and resource allocation to optimize patient care coverage across multiple locations or service areas. Ensure adherence to Medicare and other federal/state guidelines governing home health agencies. Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to maintain accuracy and completeness. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by providing clinical supervision, coaching staff development, and fostering teamwork within the nursing management team. Qualifications Proven experience in home health care. Preferred background in nursing administration with demonstrated supervisory or nurse management experience. Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance standards related to home health agencies. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and documentation review processes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage care facility teams effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care.
