Nursing Manager/Director Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Nursing Manager/Director to oversee our nursing department and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and directing all nursing operations, including staffing, staff development, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee and manage the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care Recruit, hire and train nursing staff, and ensure adequate staffing levels Develop and manage departmental budgets Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and implement improvements as needed Collaborate with other department heads to ensure efficient and effective patient care Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff, providing support and guidance as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
