Assistant Director of Nursing is a high-level academic administrator who supports the Director in managing a nursing school or department. Their role bridges the gap between executive leadership and the daily operations of nursing faculty and students. , and state Boards of Nursing . This includes preparing complex self-study reports and managing site visits.
Strategic Planning:
