Job Type:

Full-Time | In-Person We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The ideal candidate will have strong clinical leadership experience, preferably in home health, case management, or clinical operations. Responsibilities Support daily clinical operations and nursing staff Review documentation, physician orders, and care plans for compliance and accuracy Conduct patient assessments and occasional home visits Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and field staff Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight Ensure compliance with HIPAA and California home health regulations Mentor and support nursing staff Qualifications Active California RN License (Required) Minimum 5 years of nursing experience Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience Home health experience preferred Experience with EHR systems preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Valid Driver's License required Ability to travel up to 25% Additional Information On-call availability evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed(no phone calls) Flexible schedule based on operational needs
