Resident Care Director

We're looking for a Resident Care Director to join our care team! This position will facilitate the successful operation of the Residential Care Department. The Resident Services Director supervises other associates and coordinates Resident Care Programs to comply with state regulations.

Essential Functions:

Interview residents and families prior to admission and coordinate pre-admission screening and assessment. Evaluate resident care needs and determine the required level of care upon admission and changes in condition. Update medical charts and care plan. Order medications from pharmacy, maintain records, and ensure that medications are properly stored and cared for. Maintain records and files for residents, inventory, and supplies. Monitor associates in administration of mediation, including frequent audits of medication records. Verify employee hours on the timecards and payroll reports

Skill:

Must have a Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business administration, hospitability, gerontology, or another related field. Must have a valid nursing license This position also requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience, prior care experience in an assisted living community or skilled nursing facility, and valid First Aid and CPR Certification. Must be at least 18 years old Must have required health screening/ TB test Must be a registered RN/LVN or LPN within the state of practice Able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently Must have a valid driver's license
