Villa Siena Senior Living Community has an employment opportunity for a Director of Nursing who enjoys working with seniors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, with some familiarity in assisted living. The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the nursing department with a strong emphasis on resident satisfaction. We have a 30-bed skilled nursing unit that primarily provides custodial care, without the demands of Medicare reimbursement requirements or extensive rehabilitation services. This position is responsible for all aspects of the nursing department, including planning, organizing, directing, and delivering outstanding nursing care. We are proud to have a stable, reliable staff that contributes to our warm, homelike environment. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience working with seniors Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Compassion for older adults Strong leadership and team-building skills Commitment to providing high-quality resident care
Compensation Pay:
$146,000 - $165,000 per year Benefits 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 403(b)/401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Work Location In person
