Opportunity:

We are approaching the final stages of licensing. This role offers the unique opportunity to help build our care culture and nursing team from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nursing services, including complex patient care (Ventilator, trachs , bedridden, non-ambulatory)
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
• Hiring, training, and development of the nursing team.
• Collaborate closely with administration to establish a patient-centered care environment.
• Tailoring policies and procedures to our facility in compliance with state and federal regulations (Title 22)
• G-tube / enteral feeding patients
• Patients requiring wound care management

Qualifications:

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of nursing leadership, preferably in post-acute or congregate care
• Experience managing complex patient needs and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of California Title 22 regulations and CLHF regulatory requirements
• Experience preparing for and managing CDPH/state surveys, audits, and regulatory compliance processes
• Current BLS Certification required Why Join Us?
