Interim Director of Nursing, Womens Childrens Health

We have an exceptional opportunity as an Interim Director of Nursing, Women's and Children's for a 300-plus bed comprehensive trauma hospital in North LA County! Essential Functions:

125 FTEs spread across L/D, NICU, Post-Partum, and Lactation. There are 8 clinical coordinators that are tenured and support this director role. Average 150 deliveries a month, their NICU is 12 beds and average 4-5 patients (Level

III NICU

). No major projects on the horizon, they have KPI work, but need a tenured interim to keep things going in the right direction.

Experience:

5-7 years of

LDRP/WCH

experience. 3-5 years of WCH leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Education:

BSN required MSN preferred

Certifications/Licensure:

Active CA RN License

BLS/ACLS PALS

required NRP required EFM preferred

Tentative Compensation Plan:

13 week contract with opportunity to extend W-2

Pay:

$3,700

• $3,800/week, paid weekly Paid Housing 2 Round Trip Flights Home per Month 2 Paid Travel Days per Month Rental Car Benefits to include Medical, Dental/Vision, and Life
• available day one of contract at no cost.
