As the pillar of clinical support for the community, you will:
Lead & Inspire:
Oversee the Clinical Department, setting the standard for resident care.
Assess & Advocate:
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to truly understand the unique clinical needs of each resident.
Collaborate & Innovate:
Partner with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that prioritize quality of life.
Counsel & Comfort:
Be the calm in the storm, providing essential care and support to residents and their families during critical times. What You Bring to the
Table:
We are looking for a clinical leader with a big heart.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience leading a Clinical Team within a healthcare setting. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field. A powerful blend of clinical expertise, organizational wizardry, and the interpersonal skills needed to connect authentically with residents, families, and staff.
