Full Job Description Schedules:
Monday•Friday 8:30 AM•5 PM (Some AOC & On call duties occasionally)
Compensation:
$115,000•$145,000 $ /Annually + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, Paid Time Off) Responsibilities The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. This role provides an opportunity to use both clinical expertise and leadership skills to make a meaningful impact on patients? lives while guiding a team of dedicated professionals. Lead and inspire the nursing staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment Oversee all aspects of patient care, including medication management, assessments, documentation, and quality standards Manage and maintain nursing schedules, ensuring effective coverage and strong PRN depth Provide mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development for nursing staff Oversee the Intake Team to ensure patients have a smooth and supportive admission process Implement and manage infection control systems, risk management protocols, and incident reporting procedures Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care Serve as a role model by demonstrating strong nursing skills and stepping in to provide direct care when needed Take on leadership responsibilities as ?Manager on Call? and support seamless facility operations Identify and implement improvements that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency Qualifications Active RN license in the state of Colorado BSN required; MSN or higher preferred 3+ years of nursing leadership or management experience, preferably in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related healthcare setting Strong clinical knowledge with proven ability to lead, coach, and develop nursing teams Familiarity with regulatory standards, including Joint Commission, infection control, and risk management Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Authorization to work in the U.S. required At our company, you?ll be joining a team that values authenticity, compassion, and excellence.
