Job Description
Position Summary The Director, Practical Nurse (PN) Program is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and regulatory oversight of Griffin Hospital-based Practical Nursing Program. This role ensures the delivery of a high-quality, clinically integrated nursing education program aligned with hospital workforce needs, accreditation standards, and state regulatory requirements. The Director serves as the administrative and academic leader, accountable for program outcomes, faculty performance, student success, and integration of clinical practice within the healthcare system. This role is critical in advancing a hospital-based pipeline of practice-ready LPNs, supporting workforce development and patient care excellence.

Nursing faculty, clinical coordinator(s), administrative support staff

Nursing leadership, clinical unit leaders, HR, academic partners, regulatory agencies Qualifications Education Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required Doctorate preferred Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (Connecticut or eligible)
Experience Minimum:
