This position helps oversee daily clinical operations, partners with staff to solve problems, and ensures our care practices reflect our commitment to safety, respect, and excellence. The ADON, Assistant Director of Nursing assists with mentoring nursing staff, encouraging teamwork, strengthening communication, and helping everyone feel confident and supported in their roles. They also participate in care planning, maintain regulatory compliance, and help keep the facility survey-ready through consistent quality standards. We are looking for an RN leader who brings not only clinical experience, but also kindness, patience, and a genuine connection to residents, families, and staff. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, brings positive energy to the team, and embraces the opportunity to make a meaningful difference each day.
