$95,000-$115,000 annually Join a Team That Leads with Compassion & Excellence Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while mentoring and supporting a strong nursing staff in a skilled nursing environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations and clinical services. Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of resident care. Promote a safe, healthy, and positive work environment for residents and team members. Foster staff engagement, accountability, and professional development. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, families, and facility leadership. Address and resolve nursing and unit-related concerns promptly and effectively. Participate in and oversee weekly wound rounds and clinical reviews. Assist with regulatory surveys, audits, and compliance initiatives. Ensure adherence to facility policies, state regulations, and best clinical practices. Help maintain accurate documentation and quality assurance standards. Qualifications Active and valid Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Minimum of three (2) years of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
