Summary As the Director of Nursing at First Place Pediatrics, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring the highest standards of care for our pediatric patients. This leadership position is essential for fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient well-being and supports our mission. Responsibilities Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that enhance patient care. Manage daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in clinical decision-making. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license; BSN or higher preferred. Proven experience in nursing administration or leadership roles. Strong knowledge of pediatric healthcare practices and regulations, including HIPAA compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
