Assistant Director of Nursing Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.

Clinical Oversight:

Provide clinical expertise and guidance to nursing staff, including mentoring, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.

Quality Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality of care, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.

Staff Development:

Plan and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of lifelong learning.

Communication:

Foster strong relationships with interdepartmental teams, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and collaboration.
