$38.50 - $57.00/hour (based on experience)Job DescriptionOverviewA large inpatient behavioral health program in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical and operational performance across a multi-unit behavioral health service line.

This role oversees a high-capacity behavioral health department serving children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, with full responsibility for staffing, quality, compliance, and patient outcomes.

ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations of the behavioral health departmentOversee staffing, scheduling, and team performanceDrive clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory complianceManage departmental budget, productivity, and resource utilizationDevelop and implement policies, procedures, and care standardsCollaborate with physicians, executive leadership, and interdisciplinary teamsImprove patient satisfaction and overall care deliveryServe as liaison between staff, patients, and lead

QualificationsRequired:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licenseBachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)BLS certificationMinimum 5+ years leadership experience in Behavioral Health (Director or strong Manager level in acute care setting)

Required Upon Hire:

Master's Degree (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
