Experience:

Mid Level Salary:

$110,000 - $125,000 per year Job Details - Most Dean and Director roles are slow and full of red tape (This one is not).

You will:

Lead your own program Build and grow your team Make fast decisions See the impact of your work right away

What You'll Do:

Lead the nursing program (faculty, students, outcomes) Support accreditation and compliance Hire, coach, and grow your faculty team Improve student success and NCLEX results Build strong clinical partnerships Help expand the program and future cohorts

Position:

Full-time/40-hours per week

Salary:

$110-125k per year. What we're looking for: MSN, Nursing Education Degree 5+ years of Registered Nurse clinical experience Leadership and Administrative experience (in hospital/academics/education) Active/Clear RN (Multistate License Accepted)
