Duties:
Management level nursing position that maintains direct contact with patients and integration with patient care Responsible for coordinating, training, scheduling, and team development among the nursing staff Manages the continuing education of the nursing staff Maintains an ongoing quality assurance program Assists in planning the nursing services portion of resident discharge plans Leads others through actions consistent with and serve our culture Participates in facility surveys by government agencies
Qualifications:
Current RN license Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility 1 year of Director of Nursing (DON)/ Management experience Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor) Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities If you are ready for an incredible journey apply today!
