• Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is a Registered Nurse responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in the overall management, coordination, and supervision of the nursing department.

This role ensures the delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with all federal, state of Illinois, and facility regulations. The ADON assists with daily clinical operations, oversees nursing staff performance, oversees clinical programs and helps develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care plans. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining staffing levels, supporting staff education and development, and ensuring continuity of care for residents.
