Oversee staffing, personnel management, and staff supervision to foster a motivated, skilled, and compliant nursing team. Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards across all nursing practices. Lead organizational initiatives focused on quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical excellence through data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate care delivery, streamline workflows, and enhance patient satisfaction. Provide instructional leadership in education by supporting ongoing staff training, professional development, and mentorship programs. Maintain accountability for organizational policies related to healthcare practices, safety protocols, and personnel management. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and nursing staff to communicate organizational priorities effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or healthcare management with a focus on nursing leadership. Extensive management experience in school or healthcare settings with strong personnel management skills. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational budget management. Knowledge of state-specific education laws applicable to healthcare or academic institutions. Experience in instructional leadership within educational or clinical environments. Strong background in teaching or university-level experience related to health sciences or nursing education. $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
